Anthropologie's
newly launched Tumblr page, Etymologie, is not only a play on the company's name, but a unique avenue for sharing thoughts, imagery, inspiration, and ideas. Every week, a word is chosen and unveiled to the staff at Anthropologie. Any staff member interested in sharing his or her interpretation of the word may then submit a post, be it in the form of a photo, a video, a poem, music, or an essay.
