Forgive me for getting all secretarial on you, but I dying for this skirt.

Figuratively, but whatever.

I can't get over the ruffles and the shape of the whole, darn thing. Wow. I can just see myself in an old detective movie or working for a newspaper in the 1920's or 40's.
